This patch is intended to be used with MIDI
guitar input in the Right FX return.  MIDI
guitar should be controlling a B-3 

Organ
sound. It'll probably sound OK with just
plain old guitar though...

* Control 1 Pedal adds Guitar a fifth above
  and 

simulates the effect of changing
  stops on the organ.
* MIDI CC 1 speeds up the Leslie.
* MIDI CC 2 increases gain.


This patch is DEFINITELY optimized for my own use.
I would expect most of you would move the Leslie
Speed assignment to the 

Control 1 pedal and ignore
the other controls entirely.  In fact, it's a 
shame I wasn't a nice enough guy to do it FOR 

you.
